When my mother became ill, I took care of her. She had many health problems and I lived with her to make sure that she had someone reliable and caring. I provided her meals, bathing, distribution of her nmedication, transportation to appointments and shopping, personal hygeine care and companion. I also worked for a 90 year old blind woman. All of the duties, except for bathing were also provided for her. I really love working with seniors. It gives me satisfaction knowing that I can help them stay independent for as long as possible. It is really hard for them to find reliable and honest people to help them. I don't see them as just another paycheck, but as someone who is still viable in our community.
